Account Specialist (Insides Sales)

Nav is a leading credit and financial health platform serving millions of small business owners. The company seeks an Account Specialist with a passion for small business who can educate customers on business credit, qualify them for financing, and drive adoption of Nav Prime through consultative, goal-oriented conversations. The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, credit knowledge, and a customer-first sales mindset.

Skills

  • Web-savvy with intermediate computer skills
  • Proven sales or account management experience
  • Strong knowledge of personal and business credit
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to manage pipeline, forecasts, and reporting
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Enroll and onboard customers into Nav Prime
  • Advocate for customers and assist with lending questions and qualification guidance
  • Guide customers through the full business credit and Nav process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with small business customers
  • Manage a pipeline, report forecasts and customer status to management
  • Conduct daily appointments, make outbound dials, and run targeted email campaigns
  • Work with vendors and business owners to solve customer needs
  • Always act in the best interest of the customer and promote long-term success

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
