About This Position
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and versatile individual to join our team as a Hybrid Executive Assistant / Office Manager. This is a critical role that will provide comprehensive support to our COO while keeping our Houston office running smoothly. You'll need exceptional organizational skills, strategic problem-solving, and great discretion. You'll report to the Chief of Staff's office.
As a key partner to our Executive Team, you'll be a trusted liaison between leadership and our internal and external partners. You'll get to anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and coordinate high-priority initiatives.

Three days a week in our Houston office will be required.
