About the Role
We’re looking for a Operations Manager to keep our Nashville campus running smoothly — both behind the scenes and day to day. This person will wear two hats: part Tech/IT Coordinator, part Operations & Administration Lead.
You’ll help make sure our teachers and students have everything they need to thrive — from working laptops and classroom apps to smooth procurement, reimbursements, and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
Tech & IT Support
- Set up and maintain laptops, tablets, printers, and internet access
- Troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues for staff and students
- Help manage user access to classroom apps, tools, and learning platforms
Operations & Admin
- Support with procurement of supplies, materials, tech etc.
- Process reimbursements and staff expenses in a timely, organized way
- Assist with onboarding new staff and coordinating vendor relationships
- Help maintain a welcoming, functional school environment
- Ensure the smooth running of our Nashville campus
