This job is primarily responsible for the day to day operations of an assigned facility. Responsibilities are primarily focused on working with their team to ensure safe, efficient and profitable operations. This job also promotes and maintains a positive image within their local communities. Incumbents at this level are typically responsible for handling of volumes up to 15 million bushels, storage capacities up to 3 million bushels, staff of up to 10 employees, and includes a river and/or rail operations.In this job, you will:

Required - Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent training and work experience.
Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Technical Systems Management.
Experience
Required - 3 years' experience in both commercial and operations sides of grain business.

The expected base pay range for this role is:
$64,500.00 - $94,500.00Actual pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including work location, job-related knowledge, skills and relevant experience for the job. Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular period of time.
