- Proven outbound calling and prospecting skills
- Familiarity with VAR/reseller channels
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and endpoint security concepts
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (LinkedIn, Outreach, Sales Navigator)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be located in the Pacific Timezone
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound prospecting to Internal IT departments and VARs via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Build and manage a pipeline of contacts and opportunities for Mid-Market Account Executives
- Establish rapport with VARs to understand solutions, territories, and ideal customer profiles
- Collaborate on outbound strategies and campaign plans for VARs and internal IT targets
- Set demos and coordinate with Account Executives to support closing
- Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity data in Salesforce and document all interactions
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant sales certifications or training a plus
