HUMAN Security is seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Senior Vice President, Head of Sales to lead and scale our new business-focused go-to-market team, strengthen our enterprise and media sales motions, and build deep, trusted partnerships across agencies, brands, platforms, and publishers.

Lead and inspire a target-driven sales team spanning media, cyberfraud, and strategic accounts, with 7+ direct reports across multiple regions (EMEA and North America).
Design and implement organizational structure, sales processes, and best practices that drive net new ARR (>$30M annually) with the ability to deliver 20% year-over-year growth, efficiency, predictability, and disciplined territory execution.
Foster a strong coaching culture, ensuring leaders and sales reps grow their competency through consistent execution of prescribed training and operational cadence.
Require, monitor, and inspect territory and account plans that are collaboratively built with supporting functions and used as coaching tools to ensure consistent execution and breadth of participation across the team.
Ensure measurable improvement in execution, application of sales skills, and attainment of company ARR goals through continuous coaching and plan-driven performance reviews.
Champion a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
Define and continuously refine sales execution plans grounded in product-market fit, buyer personas, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), and the evolving ad tech/media and enterprise security landscape.
Partner closely with the VP of Revenue Operations and the Marketing Team to ensure alignment on messaging, feature prioritization, operational cadence, and overall positioning—driving TOFL-convertible pipeline and predictable revenue.
Establish and enforce disciplined forecasting practices and pipeline inspection cadences to drive predictability and transparency in revenue outcomes.
Cultivate strategic relationships with C-level executives and represent HUMAN’s value proposition clearly and credibly across both AdTech and Enterprise buying centers.
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and the Partnerships & Alliances team to incorporate feedback, remove friction from the sales cycle, and unlock co-selling opportunities.
12+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership, including 5+ years in executive leadership roles (VP/SVP or equivalent) within SaaS, cfybersecurity, or ad tech environments.
Proven track record of leading high-output sales teams and delivering net-new ARR of $30M+ with consistent 20%+ year-over-year growth in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development skills with experience managing 7+ direct reports.
Expertise in forecast management, pipeline inspection disciplines, and account planning.
Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, media buying, enterprise security buyers, and the challenges posed by fraud and abuse.
Global mindset and hiring experience across multiple markets and buyer types.
