- Experience developing talent, DEI initiatives, and workforce planning
Responsibilities
- Define and lead People objectives for assigned R&D/Engineering & AI teams including hiring, onboarding, development, and retention
- Design and implement integrated talent solutions in partnership with Invite, Talent Development, Compensation, ER, and Benefits
- Use AI and workforce analytics to identify trends, predict talent needs, and develop scalable people programs
- Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to directors and senior leadership on organizational effectiveness and performance management
- Own workforce planning, org design, capability assessments, and succession planning end-to-end
- Lead change management, team effectiveness interventions, and leadership coaching with minimal guidance
- Build cross-functional alignment to ensure cohesive people initiatives and a consistent employee experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Advanced degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field preferred
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM) preferred
