Clinical Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire)

Allara is a rapidly growing women’s health platform delivering longitudinal, multidisciplinary care for hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive health. They are looking for an experienced Clinical Recruiter to lead in-house, full-cycle recruitment for licensed clinical providers across the U.S., focusing on telehealth hires and delivering a white-glove candidate experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Skills

  • 2+ years clinical recruitment hiring licensed professionals (APRNs, MDs, RDs) across multiple states
  • Telehealth recruitment experience with knowledge of remote clinical workflows and licensing nuances
  • Start-up or high-growth company experience and comfort with shifting priorities
  • Expert sourcing skills beyond job boards (outbound outreach, networks, referrals)
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven mindset with continuous improvement orientation
  • Passion for women’s health and mission-driven hiring

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using clinical networks, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Position Allara’s employer brand to attract top-tier women’s health professionals
  • Manage job postings, candidate tracking, and pipeline organization in the ATS with high data accuracy
  • Partner with hiring leaders to align recruitment plans with clinical hiring priorities
  • Provide a white-glove candidate experience and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring journey
  • Build and maintain robust pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with Clinical Talent team to ensure coverage, alignment, and smooth handoffs
  • Monitor, report on, and iterate recruiting metrics to improve outcomes
  • Stay current on licensure and hiring requirements across multiple states and specialties

Education

  • Relevant recruiting experience in clinical or healthcare settings required
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred but not required

Benefits

  • Compensation: $70–$80/hour (1099)
  • Schedule: 32 hours per week
  • Fully remote role (U.S.-based)
