Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using clinical networks, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Position Allara’s employer brand to attract top-tier women’s health professionals
- Manage job postings, candidate tracking, and pipeline organization in the ATS with high data accuracy
- Partner with hiring leaders to align recruitment plans with clinical hiring priorities
- Provide a white-glove candidate experience and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring journey
- Build and maintain robust pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with Clinical Talent team to ensure coverage, alignment, and smooth handoffs
- Monitor, report on, and iterate recruiting metrics to improve outcomes
- Stay current on licensure and hiring requirements across multiple states and specialties
Education
- Relevant recruiting experience in clinical or healthcare settings required
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred but not required
Benefits
- Compensation: $70–$80/hour (1099)
