Responsibilities: Evaluate deal structures and terms, configure quotes in CPQ systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide guidance on deal structuring, and maintain data integrity in revenue systems.
Skills: Experience with B2B SaaS metrics, strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes, detail-oriented multitasking, analytical problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; 4-5 years of experience in a Deal Desk role within a high-growth SaaS environment, strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ tools.

Compensation: $106000 - $145000 / Annually

As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will be a core part of our deal desk team, working closely with the Sales and Customer Success Organizations. You will support and execute deal desk processes, including managing complex deals, pricing strategies, and deal reviews across all lines of business. Your work will directly impact the company's revenue and sales growth as we continue to scale the Deal Desk function internally.

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, so base pay may vary by location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
United States:
Zone 1: $118,000 – $145,000/year (USD)
Zone 2: $106,000 – $137,000/year (USD)
Canada:
Zone 1: $91,000 – $126,000/year (CAD)
