Sr. Sales Executive

Private Health Management (PHM) is a clinically sophisticated healthcare navigation company focused on helping people with serious, complex medical conditions access leading specialists and personalized care. PHM is seeking a Senior Sales Executive, Employer Solutions to drive new business across employers, brokers, consultants, TPAs, and captive insurers, leveraging existing relationships and consultative selling skills to grow PHM’s employer distribution and impact.

Skills

  • Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder B2B deals
  • Established relationships within the employer benefits ecosystem (employers, brokers, consultants, TPAs)
  • Strong consultative selling and full-cycle sales capabilities (prospecting to close)
  • Territory planning and pipeline management
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Self-directed, high-accountability individual contributor mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory and go-to-market strategies to build pipeline and exceed sales quotas
  • Lead full-cycle, complex B2B sales efforts with employers, brokers, consultants, TPAs, and insurers
  • Leverage and expand existing relationships to identify high-quality opportunities
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape positioning, product feedback, and partnership approaches
  • Serve as the voice of the customer — gather market insights and inform PHM’s strategy and product development
  • Negotiate contracts and close multi-stakeholder deals with clear commercial impact

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Relevant sales experience may substitute for formal education
