Ecosystem Sales Manager - GSI - AMER

GitLab is an open-core company delivering an AI-powered DevSecOps platform used by thousands of organizations. The Ecosystem Sales team is seeking a GSI-focused Ecosystem Sales Manager for AMER to build and scale strategic relationships with Global System Integrators, drive joint go-to-market plans, and generate partner-sourced pipeline that accelerates revenue.

Skills

  • Proven B2B software sales experience with strategic partners/GSIs in enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of GSI and cloud ecosystem in North America and AMER.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive mutual business outcomes.
  • Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Comfort working asynchronously in a fully remote, self-directed environment and willingness to travel within AMER as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute GSI partner strategy and joint business plans for key accounts across AMER (including Accenture, TCS, Capgemini, Deloitte).
  • Build and manage executive-level partner and internal stakeholder relationships to drive joint opportunities and alignment with field sales.
  • Design and launch partner-led demand generation and field engagement programs to create qualified pipeline.
  • Co-develop joint solutions and offerings that highlight GitLab’s DevSecOps value and competitive differentiation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional GitLab resources (Sales, CS, Technical, Product) to advance partner-driven opportunities and remove roadblocks.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and regular reporting (e.g., Salesforce, QBRs) to measure impact and refine GTM plans.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • Relevant sales, business, or technical training or certifications considered a plus.
