Full-Time | Territory-Based | High-Energy, High-Impact Role

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the face of Rose to local businesses—building trust, solving problems, and driving long-term partnerships.

  • Prospect and close new commercial accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers
  • Conduct on-site inspections and develop customized service plans
  • Log activity and manage your pipeline using CRM tools
  • Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities
  • Collaborate with office staff and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Participate in local networking events, associations, and community groups to generate leads
  • Take initiative, manage your own schedule, and drive results
