About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at DBSync will be a key player in demand generation, identifying clients, and building pipeline for Account Executives.

We are looking for an experienced SDR to join our SDR team in order to help DBSync book meetings in the Mid-Market for data replication and data integration.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calling to engage native English speakers in the United States market, requiring the ability to work in US time zones.
  • Research, identify, and connect with key decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate meaningful meetings.
  • Establish strong relationships with prospects by building trust and providing support to Account Executives.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to transform demand generation efforts into scheduled meetings and drive revenue growth for the sales team.
  • Maintain a disciplined work ethic and a positive attitude to grasp the technical aspects of the product, participating in weekly 1-on-1 training sessions to enhance cold-calling skills.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene by accurately recording and maintaining data in tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS environment as an SDR, BDR, or appointment setter.
  • Strong perseverance and resilience to excel in a role focused on pure outbound cold calling without marketing support, requiring a determined personality to thrive.
  • Near-fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with the US market.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with the drive to succeed and the ability to maintain consistent activity levels.
  • Demonstrates maturity, punctuality, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to articulate value propositions, handle objections effectively, and establish trust quickly with new prospects over the phone.
