All Grand Performers are expected to exhibit conduct that reflects inclusion during work, at work functions on or off the worksite, and all other company-sponsored and participative events.

Racism and Discrimination have never had a place at The Kessler Collection.  We stand resolute in our commitment to our Grand Performers, Guests, and the communities in which we operate to deconstruct barriers to a culture of racial equality in our company, and we will hold all Grand Performers accountable to a zero-tolerance for racism and discrimination in all its forms.

All Grand Performers are also required to attend and complete annual Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training to enhance their knowledge to fulfill this responsibility. Any Grand Performer found to have exhibited any inappropriate conduct or behavior against others may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including separation of employment.

Grand Performers who believe they have been subjected to any kind of treatment that conflicts with the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and policies, practices, or initiatives should report their concerns to Human Resources immediately.
