Overview

Do you live and breathe hospitality marketing? Are you passionate about creating bold campaigns that drive revenue, build brand awareness, and elevate the guest experience? We’re seeking an innovative and hands-on Vice President of Marketing to lead tactical marketing execution for our diverse portfolio of upscale, lifestyle, and luxury hotels and resorts. This position can be remote, hybrid, or on-site at our beautiful corporate headquarters in Dunwoody, GA.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead tactical marketing execution across our portfolio, from digital campaigns and property activations to tactical promotions and demand generation strategies.

  • Collaborate with Sales & Revenue teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, ensuring every campaign drives measurable results.

  • Elevate digital presence through SEO/SEM, paid media, social media strategy, website optimization, and email marketing.

  • Support property-level teams with tools, templates, and training to ensure consistent and effective execution.

  • Partner with external agencies (creative, media, PR, and social) to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns.

  • Maximize ROI by managing budgets, vendor contracts, and performance analytics to ensure cost-effective results.

  • Champion brand storytelling that resonates with today’s travelers in the lifestyle and luxury segments.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Hospitality marketing expertise is non-negotiable: 6–8+ years of marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record in upscale, lifestyle, or luxury hotel and resort brands.

  • Strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and brand activation.

  • Experience partnering with Sales and Revenue teams to drive topline growth.

  • Hands-on, tactical mindset: you’re just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are leading strategy.

  • Proven success working with agencies, managing budgets, and executing multi-channel campaigns.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
