The Opportunity:


The Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing Communications is a high-impact role leading the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that generate product awareness, consumer engagement, and commercial success across the full consumer journey. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, sales and GTM to determine product positioning and target audience, and work across multiple touchpoints, including brand, creative, social influencer, PR, web, media, affiliate marketing, to drive planning and execution that’s aligned with business objectives. 


What you will do at VeSync:
  • Execute 360° IMC plans in the US region for new product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal promotions. 
  • Oversee and track campaign deliverables, budgets, and timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Handle the trafficking of media assets to both internal and external agencies. 
  • Serve as the key liaison between global and local teams, shaping messaging, creative direction, and media strategy. 
  • Lead the development of marketing briefs while contributing to global messaging frameworks, product storytelling and content planning. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—media, PR, influencers, social, DTC, retail—to ensure seamless campaign execution. 
  • Work with the data analytic team to monitorcampaign performance, user behavior, and post-campaign analysis, recaps, and stakeholder presentations. 
  • Conduct A/B testing for marketing campaigns (verification ofinformation, media, time - period combination effects). 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and storytelling. 
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, consumer insights, and technology relevant to the VeSync business. 
  • Team leadership & management - build and lead a high-performing regional team, fostering collaboration and innovation. 
  • Cultivate a culture of ownership, proactiveness, and result-driven performance. 
  • Define KPIs for the team and manage the team performance.

What you bring to the role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 
  • 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing planning and product marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful product campaigns. 
  • Experience working in a global company with significant exposure to regional or global campaign management. 
  • Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills. 
  • Deep understanding of market research, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies. 
  • Experience with campaign measurement, reporting, and optimization. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Location:
  • This is an on-site, office-based role in Tustin, CA.


Salary:
  • Starting at $190K
