Community Manager, Digital

Braze is a global customer engagement platform seeking a proactive Community Manager, Digital to lead strategy and operations for its digital community (Braze Bonfire). The role focuses on driving engagement, moderating discussions, managing community tools and vendor relationships, analyzing community metrics, and supporting cross-functional community programs and event activations.

Skills

  • Strong written communication and content planning skills
  • Experience with community platforms, moderation, and vendor management
  • Data-driven approach to metrics, dashboards, and reporting
  • Event and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Empathy and customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and day-to-day execution for Braze Bonfire (digital community)
  • Manage community platform operations, vendor relationship, and technical customizations
  • Moderate discussions and maintain a consistent brand voice across the community
  • Create and maintain an internal community content calendar and schedules for AMAs, newsletters, and announcements
  • Develop programs to reward, recognize, and elevate active members
  • Design and implement re-engagement strategies for inactive members
  • Define metrics, build dashboards, and report on community KPIs and insights
  • Analyze trends and surface insights to inform engagement activities and content
  • Partner cross-functionally to involve other teams in community initiatives
  • Support community activations at global events including the annual Forge conference
  • Conduct research to continuously improve community quality and outcomes

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
  • Relevant coursework or certifications in community management, marketing, or communications are a plus
