Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Eng to design scalable processes that improve campaign execution, lead management, and funnel visibility.
Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, ABX, analytics), ensuring tools are integrated, reliable, and driving pipeline efficiency.
Develop reporting, dashboards, and inspection cadences that give leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, campaign performance, and ROI.
Establish strong data governance practices, building systems for accurate, accessible, and well-documented marketing data.
Drive automation across workflows (lead capture, routing, scoring, enrichment, attribution) to increase speed, accuracy, and conversion.
Collaborate with demand generation, brand, and SDR teams to ensure operational excellence in campaign planning and execution.
Champion the use of AI and analytics to continuously improve targeting, personalization, and decision-making across marketing programs.
AI first mindset
Experience in GTM Engineering, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related technical operations role within a high-growth SaaS or B2B environment.
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and analytics/BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn multi-source data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Familiarity with ABX principles, lead management, and campaign attribution modeling.
Proven ability to design and scale processes that improve efficiency and alignment across go-to-market teams.
Excellent communication and project management skills
A systems-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail, scalability, and data quality.
A proactive, collaborative operator who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is eager to build from 0→1.
