Responsibilities
- Own execution of in-person community programs including Bonfire Meetups, Braze Learning Bootcamps, and Customer Champions events
- Collaborate with Manager, Community & Learning Events to develop and deliver content and events strategy
- Coordinate community activations at global events including Forge and City x City
- Partner with Marketing and Events teams to ensure cohesive brand and attendee experience across touchpoints
- Become an expert user of community platforms and tools to manage programming and member engagement
- Identify content and community opportunities for marketing and lifecycle teams
- Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution for events
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant coursework or certifications in events, marketing, or communications are a plus
