Business Development Manager

think-cell is an innovative software company focused on revolutionizing presentation creation with powerful tools integrated into Microsoft Office. They are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new logo growth across strategic North American accounts, focusing on outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and building lasting customer relationships.

Skills

  • Proven success in outbound business development or sales development
  • Experience booking qualified meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency with GTM tools such as Salesforce.com and Outreach.io
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn think-cell product

Responsibilities

  • Drive new pipeline through targeted outbound outreach to high priority accounts
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach for account mapping and contact identification
  • Book meetings and generate qualified sales opportunities
  • Track outreach effectiveness and iteratively improve targeting and engagement
  • Pilot and refine new outbound sales initiatives across industries and personas

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not explicitly required
