First Book is seeking a Senior Director to lead new business development and corporate partnerships. This role is ideal for a creative leader with strong experience in fundraising and business strategies.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include leading a business development team to meet a $2M revenue goal, developing corporate partnerships, and designing marketing strategies to advance organizational goals.
Skills: Required skills include strong leadership in sales and account management, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in budget management.
Qualifications: Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in corporate philanthropy or business development, with a preference for those having nonprofit experience and a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's preferred.
Location: The position is based in Washington, DC, and may require up to 40% travel.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $120,000 - $160,000.
