New Business Sales Manager

HopSkipDrive is a mission-driven mobility technology company that connects vetted caregivers to riders and provides transportation solutions for schools and public agencies. We are seeking a New Business Sales Manager to lead and scale a remote team of Strategic Account Executives to win new clients, drive revenue growth, and expand market share across school districts and government customers.

Skills

  • Proven B2B strategic sales and closing expertise with usage-based pricing models
  • Demonstrated sales leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong CRM and sales analytics experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Territory and quota management
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel frequently and represent the company in-person
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Data-driven decision making and performance measurement

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Strategic Account Executives to meet or exceed quotas through repeatable, scalable methods.
  • Own territory design, quota setting, performance management, and reporting for the new business team.
  • Drive pipeline generation, forecasting, and deal progression with an emphasis on high-value, usage-based contracts.
  • Travel up to 50% to accompany reps on in-person prospecting, meetings, and presentations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Trust & Safety, Legal, and Support to surface and implement market feedback.
  • Implement and iterate on sales strategies, playbooks, and enablement programs to increase win rates and ramp speed.
  • Measure and communicate team performance, market trends, and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Recruit and scale the team, ensuring hiring and onboarding processes support rapid growth.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant sales or leadership certifications are a plus
