Figma is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sales to lead a dynamic sales team focused on enterprise growth, engaging with Fortune 1000 customers, and enhancing the customer experience.
Responsibilities: Lead the Strategic Segment for North America, participate in meetings with key customers, attract top talent, and develop sales strategies and processes.
Skills: 10+ years of sales experience in SaaS, 3+ years in management, strong understanding of technical and competitive landscapes, exceptional communication and coaching skills.
Qualifications: Proven track record in sales leadership, adaptability to change, and a passion for customer relationship development.
Location: Remote within the US; can be based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $120,000 - $180,000.
