Enterprise Support Specialist, Korean Speaking

Figma is a collaborative design platform on a mission to make design accessible to all. The Enterprise Support Specialist (Korean Speaking) will partner with the Enterprise Support Manager to define and scale exceptional support for Figma’s largest customers, diagnosing technical issues, managing escalations, and acting as a trusted advocate across Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Skills

  • Professional spoken and written Korean
  • 3+ years supporting technical SaaS products, ideally for enterprise customers
  • Experience with system administration or guiding large end-user community implementations
  • Ability to evaluate business impact and prioritize technical issues
  • Strong consultative communication: translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in Figma products and enterprise customer journeys to diagnose and resolve advanced technical inquiries
  • Own customer cases end-to-end via email and other channels, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to guide large organizations through workspace configuration and successful account setup
  • Serve as the voice of the customer—identify product/process gaps and present data-driven cases for improvements
  • Act as point of contact for high-risk escalations, coordinating cross-functional partners and managing communications
  • Identify trends and relay insights to Product and Engineering to advocate for bug fixes and feature enhancements
  • Participate in pilots and experiments to create scalable, efficient support approaches and tooling recommendations

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
  • Open to applicants with non-traditional backgrounds who demonstrate relevant support experience
