Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
- Greet and check in customers upon arrival, announce them to the clinical team
- Monitor wait times and identify workflow bottlenecks to improve efficiency
- Manage call transfers to clinicians for medical-related issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer and payment records
- Follow up with customers 24 hours after visits and capture feedback
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve or escalate appropriately
- Coordinate with nurses and doctors to communicate customer needs and updates
- Create personalized and comforting experiences for customers and their pets
- Capture and celebrate positive feedback; identify patterns for process improvement
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- College coursework or associate degree preferred but not required
