Skills: Strong communication and writing skills, customer-focused, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and capable of managing high volumes of support requests. Experience with Salesforce and Jira is preferred.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, U.S. citizenship eligible for Federal Security Clearance, and adaptability to flexible working hours in EST.
