Skills
- Proven consultative and solution selling experience
- Strong proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and modern sales tools
- Experience with pipeline generation, forecasting, and quota management
- Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and product development workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel frequently for customer meetings and events
- Experience performing TAM/SAM analysis and territory planning
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop a healthy pipeline of new and expansion opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity data in Salesforce
- Configure and present optimal manufacturing solutions for customer needs
- Build long-term relationships with contacts across engineering, supply chain, and executive stakeholders
- Represent Fictiv at trade shows, conferences, and customer events
- Spend 50%+ time traveling for face-to-face customer engagement and on-site meetings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to win complex deals and expand account footprint
Education
- BS/BA degree preferred
- Equivalent practical sales experience considered
