Senior Partner Director, Household Essentials - job 1 of 3

Fetch is a consumer rewards platform that drives brand loyalty through points, partnerships, and data-driven shopper engagement. We seek a Senior Partner Director to own and expand enterprise relationships in the Household Essentials vertical, driving new business, revenue growth, and strategic adoption of Fetch’s media, product, and loyalty solutions.

Skills

  • 12+ years in digital media sales with CPG/retail experience
  • Proven experience selling to enterprise CPG household essentials brands
  • Pipeline and CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
  • Strong data storytelling and presentation skills
  • Comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience across full-funnel sales cycles (prospecting to renewal)
  • Familiarity with MarTech/AdTech and shopper marketing solutions
  • Practical use of AI/LLM tools to accelerate workflows

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and contribute to Pod revenue targets by generating and activating leads with new and existing contacts in the Household Essentials vertical.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals that combine Fetch’s product vision, data insights, and marketing strategy to prospective partners.
  • Serve as the primary Fetch influence for partner decision-makers, managing executive-level relationships and guiding partners to full partnership.
  • Collaborate closely with Industry Lead and account managers on media strategy, promotions, loyalty programming, and campaign optimization.
  • Use data storytelling and visual presentations to demonstrate Fetch’s impact on brand performance and shopper behavior.
  • Maintain subject-matter expertise in household essentials, shopper marketing, and digital media trends to inform strategy and prospecting.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus but not required
  • Relevant professional training or certifications in sales, marketing, or analytics desirable
