Sales Development Associate

Catalyst is a mission-driven nonprofit advancing gender equity in workplaces globally. We seek a motivated Sales Development Associate to qualify and nurture B2B leads, support pipeline and proposal activities, and partner with Relationship Managers to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Skills

  • 1–3 years B2B sales development, business development, or relationship management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred)
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfort using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Asana)

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and qualify inbound and outbound B2B leads against the ideal client profile
  • Promptly follow up with inbound leads and engage prospects via calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Schedule discovery and closing calls for senior team members and prepare deal materials
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking, lead status, and pipeline updates in Salesforce
  • Support proposal development, renewal documentation, and ensure messaging aligns with Catalyst’s value proposition
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to monitor partnership health, flag risks/opportunities, and coordinate client touchpoints

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
