FWI is building a team to review veterans preference pass-over cases for law enforcement positions and update Department-wide HR policies for the Department of Justice. As a Senior Human Resources Policy and Advisory Specialist, you will analyze complex HR cases, develop policy recommendations, and ensure DOJ compliance with federal regulations and merit system principles.

On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at the DOJ Justice Management Divison in Washington, DC. Hybrid/telework options may be available.
