Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans for territory management, prospecting, client acquisition, and channel partner development to achieve sales targets. Coordinate with internal resources to create new business opportunities and participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
Skills: Proven experience in sales cycle progression, building channel relationships, delivering presentations, negotiating deals, and accurately forecasting sales outcomes.
Qualifications: Experience in both public and private sectors and ability to influence at the executive level are preferred.
Location: Flexible throughout the Orange County major metro area, with some travel expected across the Western region.

In this newly created role as an Account Manager for our Flex program, your primary focus will be to help fulfill our mission by expanding our customer base through the launch of this program. You will be joining the West Region reporting to the Regional Director of Sales. You will join a team of 5-6 other Account Executives who sell Evolv solutions within their assigned territory.
The location of this role is flexible throughout the Orange County major metro area. Expected territory coverage is could expand throughout our entire Western region depending on business needs. Field work is expected to be at least 3 days per week. Travel requirements can be up to 60-80% of the time depending on trade shows, customer needs, and business development activity according to the territory plan you create. Some of our customers operate on nights, weekends, and holiday schedules, which means that on occasion, Account Managers are expected to as well.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $63,000- $100,000+ commission + equity + benefits. This salary range reflects our commitment to pay transparency and equity, in alignment with applicable state laws. Our compensation ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, location, market benchmarks, and internal equity. The posted range represents the good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role across U.S. locations. Actual compensation within the range will be based on the candidate’s skills, experience, education, and geographic location.
