Project Executive – This is where you come in.

We’re seeking a Project Executive to represent MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions in the Tri-Cities area - building strong relationships with existing and potential clients while negotiating and securing contracted work. In this role, you will be selling for a hybrid of departments, including New Construction, Healthcare Sales, Service Special Projects, and Construction Special Projects.

As Project Executive, you’ll take ownership of project decisions related to budget, scope, and overall management, ensuring projects align with financial strategies and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems and a proven ability to deliver excellence across a variety of construction projects. Top Deliverables in the First Year to Be a Hero

  • Build and strengthen relationships with owners and general contractor counterparts.
  • Lead the development of budgets and project scopes.
  • Manage project operations, ensuring all needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee proposal development, estimating, and project execution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of project financials and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Represent MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions as the face of the company, guiding projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate seamlessly across departments to ensure the successful delivery of all services.

The Project Executive reports to Richard Condrey, INW Construction Sales Manager, and plays a key role on a collaborative team dedicated to supporting our growing business. This high-visibility position engages with all levels and departments across the organization to drive success in healthcare-related projects and initiatives.

Your Background: What Kind of Person Will Thrive in This Role?

You should have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare construction.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work.
  • Strong interest and aptitude in healthcare mechanical systems.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

And everyone you work with should describe you as:

  • A highly effective collaborator and communicator.
  • Passionate and positive, with a can-do attitude.

And you should be motivated by:

Compensation:  $95,000–$120,000 annually, plus commission.

Our Tri-Cities office, located at 106010 E Wiser Pkwy, Suite B, Kennewick, WA 99338, is perfectly positioned in one of Washington’s most vibrant regions. The Tri-Cities are a haven for recreation  - where the Snake, Yakima, and Columbia Rivers converge - making it a popular destination for sailing, paddleboarding, waterskiing, swimming, fishing, and kayaking. You’ll also find exceptional wineries, golf courses, shopping, and concerts throughout the area.
