This hybrid internship offers students in the Washington DC area an opportunity to gain hands-on sales experience at KnowBe4, with significant exposure to sales strategies and techniques from industry leaders.
Responsibilities: Interns will map company structures, learn prospecting techniques, conduct calls and emails for demo bookings, maintain CRM databases, and shadow experienced sales representatives.
Skills: Strong communication, empathy, resilience, adaptability, competitiveness, teamwork, and basic computer skills are required for this internship role.
Qualifications: Candidates should be Junior or Senior level students pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Communications, Customer Service, Marketing, or Business Management/Administration.
Location: Arlington, Virginia, requires in-office work 4 days a week.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $15 - $25 per hour.
This position is a hybrid role open to candidates in the greater Washington DC area. This position will require the intern to work in our Arlington, VA office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday).
Dates of Program: May 18th, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (13 weeks)

As a Sales Development Representative Intern at KnowBe4, you’ll see business through the lens of the provider of the world's largest integrated new-school security awareness training and simulated phishing platform as you grow your knowledge of KnowBe4’s products, systems, business operations, and sales strategies.
