We’re expanding our enterprise presence in Tucson, and we’re looking for a driven hunter who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals.

Who You Are

You’re a true hunter — competitive, goal-oriented, and relentless about hitting your numbers. You understand that sales success comes from activity, consistency, and follow-up.

You’re energized by making calls, sending emails, and getting in front of decision-makers. You know how to break into new accounts, build trust quickly, and position Simply Bits as the connectivity partner businesses rely on.

MUST live in Tucson or the immediate surrounding area due to the nature of this role and business related in territory travel.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive new business acquisition across enterprise, mid-market in Tucson and Southern Arizona

  • Maintain a high-volume daily cadence — 60+ outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) per day

  • Prospect, qualify, and schedule meetings with business owners, IT managers, and decision-makers

  • Deliver effective presentations and proposals tailored to each client’s needs

  • Track and manage your pipeline in CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) with precision and discipline

  • Work closely with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and hit monthly sales and activity metrics

  • Represent Simply Bits at business events, chamber functions, and local networking groups to generate leads and build visibility

  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience — telecom, technology, or similar industries preferred

  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of generating new business and exceeding activity goals

  • Experience managing the full sales cycle — prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing, and follow-up

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage decision-makers

  • Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage pipeline and activity metrics

  • Self-starter who thrives in a metrics-driven environment and can work independently

  • Knowledge of the Tucson business community a plus

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits

The base salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000, plus applicable commission. Range shown in $USD for US residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications.
