Responsibilities: Oversee the design, scheduling, and delivery of professional learning programs, manage a team of specialists, collaborate cross-functionally, and implement continuous improvements based on data and customer feedback.
Skills: 5+ years in professional learning or training, leadership experience, data-driven decision making, project management, and strong interpersonal skills are required.
Qualifications: An advanced degree in Education or related field is preferred, along with experience in educational technology or instructional design.
Location: Remote, USA
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $90,000 - $130,000.

Managing a team of instructional designers, professional learning specialists, and educational consultants, this role is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and continuously improving impactful professional learning experiences that drive customer success and product adoption.
The Manager will work cross-functionally to ensure professional learning programs are well-designed, efficiently scheduled, and consistently delivered, aligning offerings to customer needs and timelines while supporting broader company objectives around retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
