Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in elementary education or relevant field is required; 4 years of classroom experience and instructional materials writing experience preferred.

Senior Academic Designers are content and curriculum experts. They assemble high-quality content based on specific product requirements for programs and understand the solution design. They collaborate with the Academic Design Director and Academic Design Managers to help develop the solution design (both conceptualization and implementation).

The pay range for this position is between $62,000 - $75,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
