Sales Alliances, Director

Elite is a cloud-native SaaS provider for law firm financial, billing, time, and data management, trusted by many of the world’s largest law firms. The Sales Alliances Director will own strategic partner relationships, drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, and execute joint go-to-market activities to extend Elite’s sales reach across the legal technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary relationship lead for Elite’s strategic sales alliance partners.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through active co-selling and deal collaboration.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans including enablement, campaigns, and field engagement.
  • Work closely with Sales leadership and account teams to embed alliances into active opportunities.
  • Enable partners with training, sales tools, messaging, and ongoing readiness.
  • Track, analyze, and report partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
  • Coordinate with Services, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance to ensure partner alignment and successful delivery.
  • Support partner agreement negotiation and lifecycle management.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent experience
