Contract Deal Desk Analyst
Skills
- 2–4 years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations (SaaS preferred)
- Strong understanding of deal structures, pricing models, and contract management
- Proficiency with Salesforce (required) and CPQ tools (DealHub)
- Analytical skills for pricing/discount analysis and process improvement
- Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Review, structure, and approve deals to ensure alignment with pricing, discount policies, and commercial terms
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on non-standard deal requests and approval pathways
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure contract compliance and smooth execution
- Maintain and optimize the quote-to-cash process and identify bottlenecks for improvement
- Manage and track deal submissions in Salesforce and associated systems with strong data hygiene
- Support revenue forecasting and reporting through consistent documentation and data accuracy
- Work with RevOps to maintain pricing and approval workflows in systems (CPQ)
- Provide extended Sales support during month/quarter close and surface deal trend insights
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
