Account Executive

Inspira Education Group is a fast-growing edtech startup focused on democratizing access to premium admissions coaching across medical, legal, business, and college tracks. We’re hiring entrepreneurial Account Executives to drive inbound consultative sales, guide families through enrollment decisions, and help scale our sales processes while contributing to a mission-driven team.

Skills

  • 3–5 years inbound consultative sales experience in a service-oriented environment
  • Proven track record selling premium/high-value packages (ACV $5,000+)
  • Strong CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and disciplined data hygiene
  • Comfort with data, reporting, and basic dashboarding in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with empathy and professionalism
  • Ability to experiment, iterate, and optimize sales messaging and processes

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative intro (inbound) calls with parents and students to assess goals and recommend appropriate programs
  • Manage relationships from first touch through enrollment, ensuring a consistent, trust-based experience
  • Follow up strategically and consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Experiment with scripts, messaging, and follow-up strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Close deals across a range of programs to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, counseling, finance, and customer success for smooth handoffs
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage the full sales cycle, maintain data integrity, and forecast revenue
  • Provide market and competitor feedback to founders and leadership to inform product and pricing strategy
  • Support onboarding and early customer success to ensure high satisfaction and retention

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or education/admissions is valued
  • Continuous learning mindset; willingness to participate in training and development
