Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one coaching to prospective veterinary school applicants across all stages of the application process
- Review and edit personal statements, CVs, recommendation strategies, and supplemental materials
- Advise on school selection and program fit based on student background, goals, and specialty interests
- Support interview preparation and mock interviews where applicable
- Manage applicant timelines and progress using trackers and project planning tools
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VMCAS, program-specific requirements, and GRE considerations
- Communicate proactively with students and families to set expectations and milestones
Education
- Graduate of an accredited veterinary school (DVM/VMD or equivalent)
- Familiarity with top U.S. veterinary programs and admissions criteria
