Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic vision and roadmap for Product Training & Education aligned with product and company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of instructional designers, training consultants, LMS administrators, and certification managers.
- Oversee development and delivery of training programs, courses, and materials for major launches and feature updates.
- Implement agile delivery processes to keep training materials synchronized with product releases.
- Drive adoption of new technologies and product innovations through targeted training strategies.
- Design, develop, and manage certification programs to validate user proficiency and advance platform awareness.
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) for a seamless learner experience.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Presales, Professional Services, and Customer Success.
- Define KPIs, measure program effectiveness, and iterate based on data and learner feedback.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or related field
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
