Sales Manager

Serving Immigrants is a rapidly growing, mission-driven immigration law firm delivering compassionate legal services nationwide. We are seeking a data-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-volume remote intake and consultation team, build repeatable sales processes, coach staff, and ensure prospective clients receive timely, ethical, and effective service.

  • Spanish fluency strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a remote intake and consultation team of 11+ specialists, setting daily expectations and running regular huddles.
  • Develop and implement sales processes, call scripts, and follow-up protocols to improve conversion rates.
  • Track and report KPIs (call volume, show rates, conversion, follow-ups) and present data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Provide consistent one-on-one and group coaching to improve objection handling, urgency, empathy, and close rates.
  • Coordinate lead distribution and follow-up with marketing to ensure timely responses and no missed opportunities.
  • Represent the firm at community events, expos, and partnership programs to generate referrals and new business.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement systems improvements for scheduling, lead tracking, and client handoffs.
  • Collaborate with operations and legal teams to ensure a seamless transition from intake to signed client.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Background in business, communications, or legal services is a plus
