Identity Security Sales Specialist

BeyondTrust is a leading identity security company protecting Paths to Privilege™ with a SaaS portfolio focused on minimizing identity attack surfaces. We are seeking an Identity Security Sales Specialist to work as an overlay to account and partner teams, driving pipeline, closing opportunities for the Entitle product, and acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise and mid-market customers.

Skills

  • Consultative selling and value-driven sales approach
  • Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience with quota attainment
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level and senior security executives
  • Familiarity with cloud security technologies including PAM and IAM
  • Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions
  • Comfort working autonomously in a distributed team environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams and partners on consultative customer engagements to accelerate deals
  • Build and execute strategic go-to-market plans for assigned territory and accounts
  • Source, develop, and close complex software security programs in enterprise and mid-market segments
  • Lead end-to-end security conversations and share best practices and competitive insights
  • Identify and engage key decision makers and senior stakeholders, including C-level
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate forecasting
  • Capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers
  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and value-driven solutions
  • Negotiate deals to achieve successful outcomes
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) records and follow-up on all leads and opportunities
  • Support corporate tradeshows, events, and cross-functional communication

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant training or certifications in security or sales (preferred)
