About the Role

Our Revenue Cycle Management software provides revenue intelligence and streamlined process for thousands of healthcare businesses, from small clinics to large health systems. Our state-of-the-art RCM dashboard, Athelas Insights, provides unparalleled understanding into the financial health of your practice to help you with all aspects of RCM including denials, working A/R, research, and more.

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative on the Bundle Sales team, you will qualify and engage 20-30 leads per day that originate from our marketing department. It is expected for you to consistently set 3-6 meetings per day by making at least 80 daily calls to inbound leads. In addition to setting meetings you will work closely with SDR leadership and account executives to ensure proper workflow compliance and expert communication both internally and with prospective clients. Your ability to identify needs and delegate accordingly is crucial to you and the inbound team’s success.

This role requires candidates to work onsite 5 days a week in our Lehi, UT office.

What You'll Do

  • Qualify inbound leads by responding quickly to website inquiries, demo requests, and marketing-generated leads.

  • Engage prospects via email, phone, and chat to understand needs and determine fit for products or services.

  • Align Commure+Athelas solutions with prospect business objectives/needs.

  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.

  • Identify key differences between different tiers of leads and delegate meetings booked with them accordingly.

  • Schedule meetings or demos for Account Executives or Sales Consultants with qualified prospects.

  • Maintain extreme ownership of your CRM data; keeping records clean, thorough, and easy to interpret.

  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to drive new business.

  • Exceed monthly quota targets measured in completed meetings with new leads.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly self-evaluations and pipeline reviews with leadership.

  • Become an expert in the healthcare business space.

What You Have

  • Ability to shift and pivot your daily workflows to fit the needs of a highly dynamic team.

  • 6 months-1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (B2B preferred).

  • Tenacious hunger to win business and move deals through the sales process.

  • Experience with quota and commission compensation structure.

  • Ability to confidently and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (including CEO, VP, MD, RN, FNP etc.)

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

  • Highly organized and strong time management skills.

  • Ability to work in fast paced, ever changing environment and pivot when necessary.

  • Self driven, motivated and results oriented.

  • Enthusiastic teammate and team player mindset.

Preferred:

  • 4-year degree preferred in Business or related field.

  • Past experience and success in the SDR role, preferably in the healthcare field.

  • Proven success in penetrating new markets and cultivating new business.

  • Consistent over-achievement in past positions.

  • Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills.
