Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid – Support Center)

Targeted Salary: $90,000/yr to $110,000/yr

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and consistent hiring success.
  • Act as a hands-on recruiter for support center and leadership requisitions.
  • Drive Workday Recruiting adoption to replace manual tracking with real-time data, dashboards, and consistent workflows.
  • Develop proactive workforce planning strategies, supporting new store openings and critical roles.
  • Monitor recruiting KPIs — time-to-fill, cost per hire, funnel health, promotion rate — and continuously improve results.
  • Champion Bagel Brands’ Employee Value Proposition and ensure every candidate and hiring manager experience reflects our culture and values.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or player/coach role.
  • Background in high-volume, multi-unit industries like hospitality, restaurant, or retail strongly preferred.
  • Strong ATS knowledge (Workday preferred) with demonstrated success driving system adoption and reporting.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience creating dashboards and managing KPIs.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.

Compensation Range:

$73,008.00 - $127,774.40 per year

*Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
