We are committed to equipping you with the skills needed to excel in sales and enhance your career and earnings. You’ll learn how to create opportunities for our Sales team and sell B2B building maintenance solutions. Collaborate with the Sales team as you familiarize yourself with the bid process and follow-up communications while developing your expertise.

Here’s a glimpse of your weekly activities:

  • Identify potential sales targets by proactively making phone calls, visiting your territory, and reaching out via email to business owners, facility managers, property managers, and decision-makers to create sales opportunities.
  • Are you familiar with using CRM systems and email platforms? Excellent! If you also enjoy leveraging social media and marketing, that’s a huge plus!
  • By successfully meeting your goals, you have the chance to get PROMOTED, earning even more incentive compensation ($100k+).
  • Let your creativity shine as you schedule appointments with prospects, reconnect with lost accounts, and analyze our competitors to spot their weaknesses and our opportunities!

Working Conditions

  • NOT a work from home position.
  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Casual Business Dress
  • Team environment
  • Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of successful sales and/or support work experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Cold calling/prospecting experience is a plus!
  • Good attitude a MUST!
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platform experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Prior history of building and establishing relationships
  • Capable of working independently or in a team
  • Base salary plus commissions and bonuses ($40-60K+/year opportunity)
  • No weekends, no overnight travel or holiday work.
