Inside Sales Representative - TOLA

Corelight builds network-based detection and response solutions derived from open-source innovations to help organizations speed incident response and hunt for threats. We are seeking a resourceful Inside Sales Representative based in the Northeast to generate pipeline, qualify leads, and partner with field AEs, marketing, and channel partners to grow enterprise sales opportunities.

Skills

  • 2+ years of inside sales or relevant sales experience
  • Experience with sales training, methodologies, and strategy
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and digital sales tools
  • Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through cold calling, email outreach, social channels, and events
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by uncovering business challenges and matching them to Corelight solutions
  • Coordinate with Account Executives to generate meetings and move opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with regional field teams, marketing, and channel partners to execute go-to-market and call campaigns
  • Document all activities and customer touchpoints accurately in Salesforce

Education

  • Four-year degree from an accredited university (Bachelor's degree)
