Customer Success Director

Brandwatch (a Cision company) is a global leader in social intelligence and social media management. The Customer Success Director will manage and grow the largest strategic Brand accounts, driving product adoption, retention, and expansion by building executive relationships, articulating value, and delivering measurable impact against customer objectives.

Skills

  • Executive-level relationship management and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in strategic account planning and renewals
  • Advanced understanding of social media networks and monitoring tools
  • Experience working with global customers across regions and teams
  • Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems and updating account records
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and troubleshoot under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors to align Brandwatch solutions to customer strategy and business cases
  • Develop and oversee customer adoption programs, training, and best practices to maximize ROI
  • Manage renewals, lead retention strategy and collaborate with account managers on QBRs and upsell initiatives
  • Identify expansion and integration opportunities to increase platform usage and subscription revenue
  • Capture and escalate customer product requirements and manage expectations
  • Support community development among customers to share best practices and lessons learned
  • Maintain CRM and billing records for accounts and opportunities
  • Coordinate with product support to resolve technical issues and enable customer success

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
  • Continued professional development in customer success, marketing, or related fields preferred
