Job Description:
Lumina Agency Inc is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager Liaison to serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication, maintain strong client relationships, and support the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.

Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or related roles.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Professional demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction.
