Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Events Assistant to support our dynamic events team. Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish.
Support the events team in scheduling, logistics, and vendor management.
Prepare event materials, floor plans, and timelines.
Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure expectations are met.
Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records and reports for post-event analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.
